How to talk to subscribers. Activity in social networks

Many SMM-specialists (and not only them) are concerned about how to talk community subscribers, involve them in an active dialogue and increase the number of comments, likes and reviews under your social media entries. Usually people enter the group in silence and continue to be there in absolute silence, despite the fact that they read posts and even repost something.

First, let's deal with the causes of their silence.

    No one to talk to. It is very likely that this is the most common reason. Do you see any living people and employees in your group? Do not overload the community with advertising posts: people will not communicate with your products!
    There's no feedback. What shopify website design  about you? Do you try to communicate with your subscribers? After all, often in groups you can see a situation where there are several monosy-syllabic, small comments that hang alone under some post. Moreover, if an SMM-specialist or another representative of the company responds to personal messages, not writing about it in the comments, the problem remains. New subscribers, coming to the group and watching these lonely comments, conclude that they will not succeed in any dialogue with you.
    They don't let me speak. Such a feeling can occur if you respond too sharply to criticism and furiously prove the wrongness of people who dare to write negative comments and criticism. This is what your subscribers do.



I'd figure it out with the reasons. In fact, this is quite a frequent phenomenon for many public and commercial communities, so there are not so many reasons for panic. How do they talk now? Here are some tips:

    You talk to yourself. In social networks, this will not be a sign of insanity. Comment on your records – this shows people that there are still alive in your community besides them. You can leave the first comment: sticker, emoji, an additional question - anything. Commenting on the record after someone will be much easier for subscribers.
    Tell your friends. Attract friends or regular clients to a dialogue or discussion in the comments. Even 2-3 people can arrange a live discussion.
    Make a vote. People are involved much more actively, especially if the survey is anonymous. Voting will allow people to express an opinion on something.
    The agenda. Be in the subject and try to bring your audience to talk about burning topics. Make subscribers share their opinions on all issues.
    Open questions. Sometimes the audience does not realize that their opinion may really be important to you. So you should tell them about it. How? Very simple: writing an open question at the end of the post!
